The footage is fake.
Producer Don Murphy, who is very good about informing fans of updates, said on his message board that it was a well done fake.

Expect good things from this movie since Steven Spielberg is one of the producers. He loves Transformers as much as any other hardcore fan. He knows the mythology inside and out, he is definitely going to help make a good product. And I believe there is an interview with him on transformerslive.com in which he talks about how much of a fan he is. And he even adds that this will not be a single movie.
That's right, news is that it's going to be a trilogy. Unicron may even appear in the last movie.
