Father Knows Best season 3. I collect '50s shows on DVD. There doesn't seem to be very many of them. I guess I started too late.

            UFC 48
Had been missing from my collection for a long time. Never owned a copy of it. Saw today at a mall. Picked it up

            UFC 101
Newest UFC dvd. Always buy the newest ones to keep my collection up to date. Need to get 100, i skipped over it, which i rarely do with these dvds.

            The Fly
Two disc special edition. Had to get it. This and the aforementioned were purchased outside of where i live at a mall. I never see this two disc set, nor the other editions of this film anywhere, around here.

I took a little bit adventage of the whole "black friday sales" at a used DVD store I usually buy a lot of DVDs from (since you know used is cheaper) and got two DVDs super cheap, which I really liked, I did not like however having to wait in the longest line of my life, but that's a story for another time.

Castle in the Sky-Or as some may call it.Laputa: Castle in the Sky. The reason I got it is because I'm still wanting to watch more of the work of Hayal Miyazaki, with the sale this DVD only cost my a cool 5 bucks, which is how much I paid for my first Miyazaki DVD: Porco Russo. Of course it's released though Disney, which is all the better for me being that I do love Disney overall. Hayao Miyazaki makes such amazing movies, I'm almost ashame to admit that I'm only starting to become a fan of his, hopefully I'll find more of his DVD down the road.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Season five-Needless to say, I love cartoons and I'm still on my Ninja turtle kick after wacthing that amazing "made for TV movie" Turtles Forever last week wanting to relive that key part of my childhood again. This is of course the 1987 cartoon series.I love the packaging for this set, it's the one that comes in a Pizza box, sadly though since it is used, my package is a bit rough up. So far I've only checked out one episode, which was "Donatello's Badd Time" and it was pretty weak with lame Hillbilly villains and the bonus features, I've really enjoy the The Turtles: A Ninjatastic Look Back feature and the Under the Shell: Usagi Yojimbo feature (I like Usagi as well). The Under the Shell: Baxter Stockman was pretty weak though. Looking forward to watching more of this set and now I'm just wanting to add the 03 2K3 TMNT series to my collection. Don't get me wrong of course I love the 87 turtles, but after awhile, I want some turtles that a bit darker, :D . I hope to get the whole set for both TMNT verisons, myself. Oh plus this 3 disc set only cost me $7.50, just can't beat that.

The Ultimate Cut Watchmen The Complete Story

At first i thought this was a little too much. Than i forgot just how much content is contain in the set. Its over 8 hours.

Tales of the Black Freighter being merged with the film itself , and the Watchmen Motion Comics included with the set sold me on it.

Mainly cause i hadn't seen Black Freighter or Watchmen Motion Comics yet. Was waiting for this set to come out with two aforementioned storys in it. They had already announced it way back in the summer. So now that its out, i can watch them.

Can we answer this forum more than once? Whatever. The last DVD I just bought was "The Toxic Avenger." I was so lucky to find it for $7.99!

Sure everytime you want to mention the last DVD you bought and tell us why, .

I found yet another really good buy, the complete series of the anime Witchblade. I got it cause I love the story of the Witchblade. Plus it was only $7.99, that's an awesome deal, since it has five discs and five guidebooks.

I traded on swaptree.com for Thunderbird 6. I love the Thunderbirds....even the somewhat recent movie with Bill Paxton and Vanessa Hudgens. Cool ships and great music. A perfect movie for a rainy day.

I've been wanting the Rambo Trilogy for quite a long time. I love the first two (it's been a while since I've seen the third movie). However while the DVD set includes the 4th film (which is my 2nd favorite film in the series) the Blu-Ray only has the first 3 films. Why this stupid choice was made is beyond my understanding.

This one I found cheap at work due to it being a returned online item. I have not seen this series in YEARS and it seemed like too good of a deal to pass up.

Apparently, I bought many DVDs and Blu-Ray during the last two months. So here it goes:

Homeward Bound 2 Disc Double Feature: The Incredible Journey and Lost in San Francisco (I love this movie since I was a kid and the sequel wasn't that bad.)

                                          Pete's Dragon (Another Disney classic)

John Carpenter's The Thing and Escape From L.A. (Very cool classics from John Carpenter and Kurt Russell).

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (Not as good as the first but I take it).

Disney & Pixar's Up (I really enjoy it).

Point of No Return (John Badham's underrated cult classic, even though it's an American remake of "Le Femme Nikita".)

Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (One of Hayao Miyazaki's best masterpiece, better than that horribly edited, "Warriors of the Wind" from 1986.)

Hardware (Another underrated sci-fi horror film by Richard Stanley and was finally released on DVD and Blu-ray. Although I did bought the Blu-ray of the film and it was tough to find).

                                          Four Christmasses (Very funny movie.)

Home Alone: Family Fun Edition (It has plenty of cool Special features and cost less at Target).

The Wizard of OZ 2-Disc Special Edition (A Timeless classic.)

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Same here.)

Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey and Full Metal Jacket. (Very good price for the Blu-rays, can't go wrong with these films.)

Monsters Vs. Aliens (I saw this film in 3-D on my birthday and I really like it. I bought the Blu-ray at a very low price at Best Buy.)

Underworld 2-Disc Double Feature (Bought it at a low price at Target)

Transformers: Season #2 Volume #1 (I love the series and I'm waiting to find some more.)

                                          and

Mr. Belvedere Season #3 (A very funny 80s sitcom! I have "Season 1&2" already and waiting for some more.)
