Old_school_JJ 3 years 9 months ago Posts: 1192	I picked up WWE's "Triumph and Tragedy of World Class Championship Wrestling." If you're a fan of "old school wrestling" this is a pretty good buy. As I mention in the "favorite tag teams in WWF" thread, I did not grow up watching WCCW, but now I VERY MUCH enjoy the work of the Fabulous Freebirds especially their fued of course with the Von Erichs, that's the stuff of legend.

Did you get it out of Wal-Mart's 5 buck movie bin? That's where I got it along with recently getting The AWA DVD and The Mr. Perfect DVD. Yay Its My 1000 Post!!!

Old_school_JJ 3 years 9 months ago Posts: 1192	Picked up... The Chuck Jones Collection-Anaimation LEGEND, that's why, plus it was only 5 bucks. Immigrants (La Dolce Vita)- You can tell by the animation style that it's a Klasky-Csupo production. It was only 2 bucks, pretty worth it at that low price. Spirited Away- Still trying to build up my collection of Hayao Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli flims and this is a must. Awesome stuff. Bobby "the Brain" Heenan- Wrestling's answer to Johnny Carson. Funny stuff, but he's story is also a bit sad. The Super Mario Bros: Super Show-volume 1-It was only ten bucks, pretty chessey though I have to say. Adult Swim pilots- This was originally only available in that "Adult Swim in a box" set. I don't know just wanted to check these out. Indian Summer-It was cheap and wanted to check out more anime, other than that, never heard of it. It was pretty damn lame at first (unless all you want out of your anime is big brest), but, I have to admit, it got more intesting and even kind of touching towards the end.
