Edymnion 8 years 11 months ago Posts: 2523	Gaia is a site a lot like Neopets, except that instead of buying stuff for your little virtual pet, you have your own little personal avatar character that you play games to get virtual money to buy new clothes and accessories for. Really, they're both pretty lame, IMO. I used to be on Neopets, back before it got too bad. Back when there were less than a million people on it, and you could still buy food and faeries in the shops without needing a constantly refreshing bot and a satellite modem connection to do it with. Back in the days before the colosseum was finished, back before they redrew half the things and ruined them...

Fricken I remember WAY back in the day when it used to be fun, now you need a $20,000 computer with about 3 connections worth of speed just to buy something... stupid and pointless, but fun. I use to merchant toys all the time, and make tons... lol
