    Yes indeedy, Sega Pico.

It's an oddity for sure. Bought it at a yard sale last summer for like $16, came with a bunch of titles.

This would have kicked ass and broken tailbone if it had existed when I was two years old.

      My recommendation:

Get the japanese (white or grey) Sega Saturn console. I have a white japanese Sega Saturn and i have to say its the best console ever. The catalogue of games is quite different from the european and american catalogue. The problem with the Sega Saturn is that she didn't made it in the occidental countries because of Playstation piracy. But in Japan it was the best machine by far and it has lots of very rare and amazing games that never came out on Playstation in any country. The japanese Sega Saturn catalogue just rules. It includes exclusive titles like: Dungeon & Dragons Collection (Tower of Doom & Shadows over Mystaria) from Capcom's arcade, Parodious saga (one of the greatest shooters ever), Dragon Ball Z Shinbutoden (the alternative for PSX's DBZ Battle 22 but with lots of new features, quite better), the amazing Dragon Ball Z Legends, the best manga-anime licenses on game (as it was a japanese console) like Evangelion, Sakura, Neo Geo games (Samurai Shodown saga and rpg, World Heroes Perfect, Fatal Fury...), exclusive and acclaimed jewels like Radiant Silvergun, Guardian Heroes... the unique and exclusive "Flirt/pick up simulators" like Sentimental Graffity, If.. where u could travel along the whole Japan looking for girls (manga), and all this kind of rarities..
For me, the japanese Sega Saturn is the best console EVER. And it is not hard to get any japanese game you want as there is lot of people selling this stuff and stores as well.

      Hope it helped out :)

PS- excuse my english, I'm from Spain

Hook it up to the TV with AV cables, plug a "book" into it, and turn it on. The software will start up, and you use the pen and the lower board like a drawing tablet pointing device, and you can also use the pen to click items on the pages of the book. The system detected which page was open, and changed the screen to suit it. The software wasn't really gaming oriented, it really was for little kids, and mostly educational.

If you do buy a Sega Saturn, I suggest picking up a game called:

            "Magic Knight Rayearth"

Pretty much one of the reasons I even HAVE a saturn.

            (NiGHTs being another. ^_^)

Sure, I'd go for a Saturn. You'd probably find a decent deal on eBay. I don't know what prices are like where you live, but around here, used gaming stores will gouge your eyeballs out. If you're going to get one to add to a console collection, try to get one that comes with the original box, manuals, etc. If you happen to come across one MIB at a reasonable price, that'd make for a fine addition. It might actually be worth something in the future.
