it seems that the reason that the download links on http://www.nickrewind.com don't work is because the author of the website incorrectly linked the files to the download links because all of the file names are all lowercase letters, and the the links that contain the file names were written with the first letter of each file name as a capital letter.
So in other words the file is saved as wild & crazy kids.mp3 in the file directory with all lowercase letters. However the link that was put up on the webpage to download that file was written like this http://www.nickrewind.com/downloads/uploads/Wild%20&%20crazy%20kids.mp3 with the letter w as a capital letter, when it should of been a lowercase letter because the file names are case sensitive, meaning that the link has to match the address and the file name exactly. so if all of the letters are lowercase letters then the filename in the link should match it exactly the same or else the link will not work, and the server will think that it is requesting Wild & crazy kids.mp3 when that file is seen as non existent in the server directory you will receive an error message, when the link really should have been http://www.nickrewind.com/downloads/uploads/wild%20&%20crazy%20kids.mp3 with all lowercase letters because it accurately matches the file name.
note: the reason you see this "%20" in the file names, is because it is placed there automatically by the server when the file is uploaded to the server, to show the fact that the file has one or more space's in it's name.
