As for outstanding projects, right now I have an idea for a comic to be further developed and then scripted, and about three novels I want to start writing. I can't decide which to do first... maybe I'll just roll some dice for it.

Kray 9 years 7 months ago Posts: 944	I'm presenting a persuasive speech on the Devils Lake outlet Project, need to finish about 1000 lines of javacode before the final in about two weeks, And turn in an art project consisting of 3 18' x 24' completed pictures which I have not started and turn in my portfolio in both art and english. And I dropped a class cause I failed a test in it and it turned out to be a huge waste of my time. I'm pretty pissed about that right now...

Shot King 9 years 7 months ago Posts: 617	I have a US history exam that starts in 2-3 weeks that particularly covers every single bit of detail from the time the US was "discovered", to the end of the Civil War. Its gonna be a party reading that whole damn big book over again. The same thing goes w/ my English class too. And Im especially gonna have to study hard for that, since if I get one more grade below a 80, I can kiss goodbye to all that essay writing I had to do.

Maria 9 years 7 months ago Posts: 42	Where i go (Temple University) its listed under "religion," as well. I really like the class. My prof. taught it in two sections. The first half was on dealing with death and dying in America, discussing things such as greiving, the "5 stages" of death (and if there even is such a thing), dying in hospitals vs. dying at home ("old world" vs. "new world" death and dying practices), illness and disease, suicide, physician assisted suicide, caring for a dying person, etc. The second half is mainly on religious practices: Ancient Mesopotamia, Ancient Greece, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hindu practice, Chinese and Japenese philosophies, African religions, etc. I think this was a very cool class. If you're interested in anything that deals with stuff, you'll like it.

Instead I have ½ a web design degree, a shitty job at the arcade, and a web site that I love working on but doesn't get nearly the exposure it should. I actually TOOK Web Databases already, but he taught it assuming you knew C++ (which I don't). That and I was going through depression so I was too busy trying to kick the cutting habit to concentrate on my studies. But someday, somehow, I will succeed.....
