I'll tell you some more about her:
She used to date two legendary musicians: the first one was a legendary Canadian rocker named Neil Young, for whom she carried on a five-year relationship with from 1971-circa 1975, and then she dated the late session keyboardist Jack Nitzsche (1937-2000) in 1979 - however, this relationship was cut short after he'd assaulted her, which resulted in him being arrested. If you guys don't know who Nitzsche is, he was one of the session keyboardists for the Rolling Stones during the mid-1960s; however, he was also well-known for producing and scoring stock music for films.
Getting back to Miss Snodgress, her initial claim to fame was in the 1970 movie Diary of a Mad Housewife, which had garnered her the Academy Award nomination for Best Actress, and two Golden Globe Award wins (one for "Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical" and another for "New Star of the Year - Actress" .
