                            i think vertex or one of the mods just got lazy and didn't even bother with an IP ban, unless the guy called one of his spammer friends to continue his work. either that or this site may just be rigged to not have IP banning anymore

                                      		 Negative 53 is an awful high number for a short time, I suspect that just 1 or 2 people took advantage of the recently found bug where you can give unlimited votes top a single article. Just go and give your article 100 votes.

                                        as surprising as it may sound, vertex already fixed the bug for that. so there's nothing that i can do...
