Cartoons/movies that never got a video game, but should have

Daniel85 8 years 11 months ago Posts: 1699	Ever watch an old show or movie and wish there was a video game based on it? Here are a couple of things that I feel should have been immortalised in 8-bits: - Dinoriders - Gummi Bears - Popples (Not really a cartoon, though it did spawn one.) - Micronauts (Okay, it was just a toy line and comic, but it would've made for an awesome game.) I also think it would have been cool if there had been a Transformers NES game. I know there was one in Japan, but it never got released elsewhere, and by all accounts it was pretty crappy anyway. Anyone else got any?

Metroid made into an anime movie or live action and have it follow the game as close as possible. And if they ever do make a Starfox cartoon, anime, or movie; it would be cool to have Bucky O' Hare thrown in since its the same basic universe.

mr3urious 8 years 11 months ago Posts: 3359	I guess a Rainbow Brite video game should've been made (And made right!). It would be a action/platformer developed by Capcom, Konami, or Treasure (Gunstar Heroes, Ikaruga, Dynamite Headdy). It would be kinda cool and hilarious!

SNAKEeyes001 8 years 8 months ago Posts: 212	There was some magazine that had a good idea. They said an Akira game could be made into a good game if it was similiar to Grand Theft Auto. But it would be based more on the manga, since the story was better than the movie. I think if Thundercats were made into a game it should be made in 2D format as brawler type game like Streets of Rage2 or Final Fight. And since we have more complicated game consoles, it should have very fluid animation.
