I make my own thin crust pizzas. For those who don't believe me (and for some reason people who have never worked at a pizza joint never believe this) all a thin crust pizza is pizza toppings baked on top of a flour tortilla. If I want regular crust, or deep dish, I just go with a pizza joint. I don't have the time or patience to proof pizza dough, and the pre-made stuff never tastes right, nor does any frozen pizza.
