Predaking 4 years 4 months ago Posts: 920	The link doesn't work for me... ..but the pre-sf2 fighting games I was into was, Karate Champ - Underrated, had alot of fun playing this as long as you had someone to compete against, rarely played it single player. Yi-ar Kung Fu - Played this game whenever I could find it, never could beat the game at the time. Street Fighter - Yes, the original, 'usually' anyone who says this game sucks only played it after playing Street Fighter 2. There was a group of guys who played this at my local arcade, about 10 of us, but only after they switched from the two giant hit sensitive buttons to the six button layout we've come to know today.

I like how in Larcen's stage the chick in the movie theatre uses the shotgun and the dudes in the cars can do drive by shootings.

I think I'd group that more with games like Double Dragon that has a storyline rather then a true tourney fighter. Someone mentioned Pit-fighter. The arcade and a compilation on PS2 were decent but the SNES version was horrid.
