...It's the pilot version of the famed ginger G.I. "Jane", Scarlett

When I bought this figure today at Target, I actually had a choice between this version and the version based on the original from 1982. I decided to buy this version because it is unique, I like the color scheme of her outfit, and between the two figures I just thought this one was better looking.

Anyway I'm one figure away from collecting the whole set of basic G.I. Joe characters that I want and that final figure is the only one I haven't yet seen at the store...The evil Baroness. Wish me luck.

I agree even though I'll probably end up buying the Baroness off of SmallJoes.com when I get paid again. I have no shame in using the internet to complete my collections. I got my Storm Shadow off of eBay and my Cobra Commander off of Toys "R" Us.com. Even though its fairly easy to find the figures you want in this digital age, sometimes the hunt is more thrilling and satisfying. For example, when I found the two other versions of Snake Eyes that I wanted at Walmart one week and then the following week I found the Destro figure I wanted at Target.
