Do you have any videos, DVDs et al of which are Rental Copies?

The only Rental Copy I have is School Of Rock on VHS. Bought it at a charity shop for 49p.

None of my dvds or vhs are used I purchased all mine new back in the day.
      and no rental ones also.

If you buy used or rental your odds of geting a bad copy is good.

I buy used DVDs all the time and seldom have any trouble with them. This mostly because I use a CD/DVD cleaner on them before I use them.

School of Rock is a 2003 American comedy film from Paramount Pictures, starring Jack Black. The film was written specifically for Black by Mike White and directed by Richard Linklater. It was well-received by critics, gaining a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes,[2] and was number 98 on Bravo's "100 Funniest Movies".

I just watched it the other night and I think the classes he teaches should be a part of today's arts curriculum. Rock theory, rock history, and rock appreciation are three classes that this current Hannah Montana/Jonas Brothers/High School Musical generation needs to participate in. If you've never had the pleasure of listening to Kiss, Pink Floyd, Journey, Aerosmith, The Beatles, Elton John, Van Halen, Styx, or Queen don't even bother looking at me.

I own only 4 used dvds, I got them used because it was near impossible to find them new. They are the remake of Ammityville Horror, Riding in Cars With Boys, Santa Claus' Secrets and In My Fathers Den. I have had no problems with them playing.

I've had good luck with previously viewed stuff. That tends to be people who bought a new copy of a movie then eventually sell it.

I own rental copies of a few South Park episode tapes and a private screener edition of Ghostworld.
