I think it was aired during 2003 or something like that.
It had several clips from london, like from the streets, there were some pidgeons, people walking, some stores, etc. in a cloudy day. Then you could see a little black kid walking with his mother and he stops to look at a giant sponge bob poster which looked at him and laughed. The kid smiled and his mother did some signs to call him, so the kid went running.
Does anyone remember this one? I want to see if I can see it again because I loved the music of that commercial.
