I'm sick of these Lady Gagas and Beyonces being shoved out to us. Their music is stupid, horrible crap, plain and simple. Who in their right mind ever thought any of Beyonce's songs were interesting to anyone above the age of 13 is beyond me..

    What's wrong with Beyonce?

Plus, Gaga and Spears aren't talented. What kind of name is 'Lady Gaga' anyway? Sounds like a $5 whore.
I can't think of anything worth putting as a signature.

Internet. Computers became much more valuable, along with companies adopting to it. I became a Computer Engineer because of the growing distrubtion of computers in the 90's.

Lady Gaga writes her own songs and can play a piano efficently. Hardly talentless.

I would say it was some of the movies for me. Video games and of course one of the few things that made the 90s great Cartoons!
As the once great Gene Siskel asked "What do you know for sure?"

Radio commercials that aired on nationally syndicated radio shows used to scare me, and I would say those (even though they are still around today). Also, I think the music, TV shows and commercials, and the fads (especially, since they need to make a comeback) are what I like about the 90s. Plus, because I grew up in that decade as well.

                    - Good old vintage Nickelodeon.
                    - Sega Genesis and Super NES (the former that I had growing up which I enjoyed playing on)
                    - Magnum XL-200 (Cedar Point's legendary 205-ft. steel rollercoaster that is still a mammoth today, just hundreds of feet shy of Kingda Ka and CP's own Top Thrill Dragster. It's more of a 90s thing, despite the fact that it opened in 1989.)
                    - The dawn of the Internet
                    - Aladdin and Lion King (two great Disney movies that I loved and had video-game adaptations of)

The 90's was a kick a$$ decade because there was this sense that we wouldn't tolerate phoniness. It was also very random. Wierd random trends caught on out of nowhere. The music was in a state of rebellion. It wasn't about the money for the artists as much as it is now because you actually had to go out and buy cds. Now things are so bad because artists have to be marketable because so much stuff is bootlegged online. There was also peace and better TV. Finally celebrities actually had to do something to deserve their fame.

What's wrong with Beyonce ? Um, the fact that her music is horrible. With Gaga, sure she's ugly as sin and as disgusting as all get out, but at least she can sing and play an instrument.

it's between tv shows and the imagination kids had at that time. imagination is when you make up games to play OUTSIDE with friends OUTSIDE while moving out of the way of cars on your street OUTSIDE.

Back when they had all the B2 Bombers flying around. Those were awesome to watch during lunch and recess.

Ohh, good question! I'd say the BEST part of the 90's was the innocence, the still remaining presence of naivete that is pretty much erased in 21st century existence now...I remember the decade as being a simpler time, believe it or not. I miss that sometimes!
