*Mezco Cinema Of Fear 3 3/4'' Series Jason Voorhees--
I can't even begin to say how long I've wanted a Jason action figure to terrorize my retro shelf. Lo and behold, I found the best one I've ever seen for the size of action figure I usually like (Star Wars and G.I. Joe scale) at Kidforce Collectibles in Berea, OH for just the right price ($11.99).
I've been a Friday fan since 2002 when I saw Jason X (a movie so bad it's good) and then I went back and saw the classic and some not so classic series of Friday The 13th films. Then I saw Freddy Vs. Jason and the more recent Friday The 13th remake in theaters. My favorite Friday films are Friday The 13th Parts 1-3,6, and 7, Jason X, and Friday The 13th (2009). I've also been Jason for Halloween three times. JASON KICKS ASS!! >:-D

*Kidrobot White Mini-Munny customizable figure--
Oh boy, where do I start with this one?? I've probably wanted a Munny of my own to draw all over since I saw Rosie O'Donnell talking about them and displaying her creations on Ellen one afternoon. I was recently inspired to take a bash at one of the figures after reading about a guy decorating some Munny-like knock off figures on X-Entertainment. I began to develop an insatiable urge to locate and manifest some Munny art of my own.
About three days ago I began a frantic hunt for a mini-Munny figure that led me to four different stores in the Cleveland area. I also wanted to find a special cat looking figure of the same type for my aunt so my hunt was about to become harder than I could possibly imagine. The first place I went to only had mini-Munnies in light blue and light pink and the white one with Christmas accessories. I wanted a normal white one with the MYSTERY accessory. A Christmas Munny in June?! Next.
Then I went to two more comic book stores looking for the figures because they were very much a niche thing. The first place I wanted to go to was closed and the second shop didn't have them because the shop owner never heard of them. Then I went to the store where I bought the Jason figure and asked about them and he hadn't heard of them either. I began to lose hope.
Then two days ago, I went to Urban Outfiters in the shopping center by my bus stop after work the other day because they've carried some pretty random stuff before and my hunt was over! They had Munnies, Bubs, Raffies, Roos, and Trikkies. I grabbed a munny for myself and a trikky for my aunt and went home. Success.
As of today I haven't drawn on it yet but I've printed out a bunch of templates for designing a munny to brainstorm and get ideas. I just want to be sure of what I want to draw before I draw all over my $10 investment...lol I'll post some pictures of the finished product when its ready.
