    		 He was truly a great actor. Charles was born Charles Buchinsky in Ehrenfield Pennsylvania on November 3, 1920, and died of pneumonia on August 30, 2003 in Los Angeles California. He was an actor in the following film genres:

    Drama
    Western
    Action
    Thriller
    Crime

    He was in movies like "Cold Sweat", "Machine Gun Kelly", and the "Death Wish" trilogy, just to name of few of his movies. The Simpsons had 3 parodies of him:

    The first Simpson parody of Charles was in 1995. It was on the episode of The Simpsons featuring Jon Lovitz as Jay Sherman (from The Critic): Jay: Our next film will be looking at is Charles Bronson in Death Wish 9
    Charles: I wish I was dead, Oi!

    The next was in 1997 from the episode with Shari Bobbins: Guy on TV: And now we look at young Charles Bronson replacing Andy Griffith on The Andy Griffith Show:
    Don Knotts: Where's Ernest?

    Charles Bronson: I shot him.

    Don Knotts: Well, that's okay, WHAT???!!!

    Charles Bronson: Now, I'm going down to Emmett's fix it. To fix Emmett.

    As he walks away with a gun in his hand.

    The third was in 2002. It was on the episode where Grampa gets his driver's license:

    Homer: Here we are, Branson Missouri.

    Guy that looks like Charles: No pally, this is Bronson Missouri, (He points it out. The obvious is that everybody looks, and talks like Charles Bronson)

    Lisa: Then how do we get to Branson?

    Mom that looks like Charles: Number 10 bus.

    Little boy that looks like Charles: Hey ma, how about some cookies?

    Little boy's mom: No dice.

    Little boy: This ain't over.

    I think I'll move to Bronson, Missouri, where everyone looks, and acts like Charles Bronson. That would be cool.

    So, does anyone else like Charles Bronson?

    Either a yes, or a "No dice" will be fine. but, if you say "No dice" just remember this, like that little boy said, "This ain't over."

      		 Man I used to love charles bronson. I used to watch his films with my mother and grandmother when I was a kid. I loved the death wish films and the mechanic to name a few. Great actor. Some people called sonny chiba the Japanese charles bronson.

        Speaking of Sonny Chiba, last night I watched a movie called The Street Fighter. It's pretty good.
