You guys don't have a welcome/intro board here, so forgive me if it's in the wrong board.

Anyhow, I was born in the LATE 80's, ('88 to be precise), so I may have missed out on all the super fun stuff, BUT I love anything 80's related, and when I was little I grew up watching the older stuff, and playing older videogames, and toys as some of my aunts and uncles DID grow up in the 80's, and my grandma recorded a bunch of the old stuff.

My had an old Commodore 64 and NES, so those games on that were some of the first I played. The first system I owned was an SNES, which my mom bought about a year after it came out, and I STILL have the original box and styrofome in great condition.

My favorite cartoon growning up (and still is to this day) was Garfield and Friends, which I remember when it still aired on CBS.

I have been to this site before, but never the forums. I saw this place had forums, and so I decided to register, and talk about the good ol' days. :) Seeya around.

I was born in 1988, which was kinda unlucky for me, since I missed out on a LOT of good stuff during that decade. :(

I originally found this site about a year ago, and I was really excited seeing the old TV intros and commercials and feeling all nostalgic. But I didn't register or view the forums. Instead, I just hung out at the TV intro or commercial sections. I decided to register more than a week ago, and I'm on the web just about every day, chatting about the past or about video games, and making some comments about commercials or TV shows. Normally I'm a very introvert person offline, but I enjoy chatting online here on Retrojunk! I'm so thankful I've found this place. It has changed my life! :D
