For me, I can think of only two. (For those who know me well, Yes, one of them is a Rush song)
The First is Jeremy, by Pearl Jam. It's just the tone man...it's so cold.
The other is The Pass, by Rush....damn...it's powerful.
I don't even care if you don't like those bands, these songs make me feel so down.
    Oh yeah?

Yea, The Pass is definitely one of my fav' songs on the Presto album.

I don't know of any songs that make me feel sad though.

Too Late the Hero by John Entwistle. That was especially hard to listen to right after he died.

Long Gone Day by Mad Season. Either that or Cemetery Gates by Pantera, just because of what happened to Dimebag.

Last Kiss -Pearl Jam (Of all the songs that make people wonder what the hell Eddie Vedder is singing, why must this one be the one that you can actually hear clearly? :( )

'Jane Says' by Jane's Addiction. It's so hopeless because you know she can't change although she wants to.

The song "Sunshine On My Shoulder" - John Denver always depressed me even as a small child.

Many songs with a acoustic guitar have that effect.

"Scattered" and "Whatsername" by Green Day are both tearjerkers for me, as they remind me of a girl I fell in love with in highschool, who went on to get a boyfriend, then never talked to me again.
