I don't know if I would call "Pepper Ann" and "Recess" underappreciated, as they get all the praise, that they rightfully deserve. "Widget the world watcher" is rather forgotten nowadays, I can agree with that, but it's still more well-known than the shows, that I listed earlier in this thread. And about "The adventures of Tintin", the comics book are better than the TV show. But since the comic books were so great, even the TV show is good enough.

Another favorite series I forgot to mention was Aladdin's Arabian Adventures. I would say it's Disney's most underrated series. It is one of my many favorite cartoons. I have seen at least 2 dozen episodes now, and I have many favorites from them and there were only 2 I didn't like.

Yeah, not to mention it was a short-lived series.

                        Captain Planet and The Planeteers.
Most people I know didn't like the show and most reviews I read of it online were not exactly the best...but I loved it!

I don't know if this has been mentioned already, cause I honestly didn't brother reading all the posts here, but I want to mention the Critic as being "underappreciated." Sadly, this was a great show that never had the backing of a network, first it aired on ABC, which really didn't want to do much with it. Things look better for the show, once it was to start airing on Fox, since it seemed like the humor of the show would be a good fit for the Fox lineup. Sadly though, since the Critic wasn't owned by 20th Century Fox and was owned by Sony, Fox sort of gave it the "unwanted stepchild treatment."

I also will mention that I do feel that Futurama is a very underappreciated show. It's unfairly casted under the very huge and dark shadow of the Simpsons despite the fact that I dare say it was at times BETTER than the Simpsons.

Dino Riders was a good one, I'd like to add Visionaries and Inhumanoids those were great shows and toys too.

Well when I was younger I liked Rupert and puzzle time but I feel like no one else ever even heard of them. I also loved pepper Ann and things that go bump in the night!

                                Duckman
Rambo (I really do think I was the only one who liked it)

and I agree: C.O.P.S. was very underrated.
(DC had a connected mini-series at the same time that could probably be found rather cheap now)
