      		 I'm actually not much for chinese food. Though I like Egg Foo Young, pot stickers and a few other things if I am in the mood.

          		 I like the fried rice, general chicken, egg roles, BBQ ribs and most of the stuff without noodles.

            everything but general tso's counts as dim sum. usually, what is is steamed and served in those steel cans, and are small in size.

            i like the Hagao, the siomai, and the baked char siopao, oh and the crab claws and the fried siomai.
