It was our own live action version of Voltron, expect they didn't go into space very much. It just a case of you adults being too old to like Power Rangers, that's why you say it sucked. Your parents probably said Voltron and GI Joe and all your shows sucked. It's all a matter of how old you were when you were growing up.

RetroToon 6 years 2 months ago Posts: 759	Personally I would still watch the original Power Rangers over all the spin-offs anyday, but maybe that's because they were the ones I grew up with as a kid. Who could forget Tommy the Green Ranger, Megazord, Zordon, Alpha 5, Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, Putty Patrol and all that stuff? Even the movie seemed cool at the time cause of Ivan Ooze but now you just kind of laugh at how cheesy and stupid the whole thing was.

uchuukeji69 6 years 1 month ago Posts: 546	FYI: Power Rangers was not a live action Voltron. Sentai came out 1st (1975). Voltron aka Go Lion (1981). But since we got Voltron 1st I can see why people compare the 2. I still think Sentai is better but that's just me.
