I went to this website www.jawtoons.com/sign-offs that I found a collection of TV station sign-off's from Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, along with miscellanious sign-off's elsewhere as well as the famous SSB song, for example the National Anthem. Has anybody check out this link? I would like to make a request for that and guess what, according to this announcement on Jawtoons website:
It is with deep regret and sadness that I have to make this announcement. After four and a half years on the Internet, I've decided to shut down JAWTOONS.com on Sunday, 27 November 2005. I've come to the point in my life that I desire to retire from cartooning and go on to doing other things. The Daily and Weekly JAWTOONS cartoons updates will continue up until Friday, 25 November. I now take this time to thank those of you that have supported me with your patronage these past four and a half years with your kind comments and also your not-so-kind comments. I also wish to thank those few of you that judged my cartoons worthy to appear in your various print publications. If only there had been many more of you, I probably would not be having to make this announcement now.
That is sad news.
