    		 And I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. Obviously due to its reception, I figured it was going to suck from the start. And boy was I wrong, it sucked beyond suckage. Lame green screen, boring action, cruddy CGI... well, for the first half anywho. I was completely amazed by the second half, the acting was great, loved the last fight, Double Dragon arcade machine cameo... I basically got completely sucked in. The ending left me with a pretty good feeling, something movies rarely do. So my consensus is the first half sucks, the second half rocks. I would rank it below Street Fighter and above Super Mario Bros.

    Oh yeah, I loved the jokes too, definitely the funniest video game movie I've seen (as in intentionally funny):

      		 I give it a 7 out of 10, it was better than the live action street fighter movie though.

          		 Watch double impact with van damme. It's said to have been inspired by double dragon. You'll notice a nunber of similarities if you watch this.

            		 The only movie that even comes close to Double Dragon's awesomeness is Kazaam with Shaq.

              Wait, seriously? How could a movie be inspired by a flop video game movie? Unless you mean Double Dragon was inspired by Double Impact...

                		 It was horrible. The acting sucked and the lines were so cheesy. I can figure why Double Dragon hasn't made a game in the last 10 or so years.

                    I'm guessing this must be sarcasm as double dragon was a hit games when it came out.

                        Yeah I meant double impact took many elements from double dragon the game. I just read your post over and didn't notice you said that at first. It's a shame that they didn't just call double impact the double dragon movie.
