Just finished watching this and greatly enjoyed it. I'm not big on the Foo Fighters but I liked their tribute to the Live at Leeds album, and greatly enjoyed the Flaming Lips' and Tenacious D's segments and of course the Who's set in the second half. Too bad Won't Get Fooled Again wasn't included, it was done at the actual performance. I have a feeling this special is going to get an official DVD with an extended version of the show.
Other highlights for me were Joan Jett talking about the Who and I loved the opening credits graphics. Those were really well done. Also during the bumpers I saw a few bits of Who footage I hadn't before, some good shots of Entwistle backstage and a longer cut of the "There's a guitar up here if any git wants to take it off of me" clip used in the Kids Are Alright film. That clip was shot during a 1977 concert in Kilborn UK which will soon be getting DVD release along with another show, London Colleseum 1969.
