    They have a pretty wide selection of Movie Villains. From the Queen in Snow White, to Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean. Sure, there's probably more evil Villains out there, but these guys are pretty bad in their own right.

      		 Nice! I'm glad they chose Doc Ock, Magneto, and Syndrome as being good movie villains.

            		 The fact that this list didn't have captain Vidal on it was deeply disappointing. You simply can't have a list of the most evil villains in movies without including the good captain.

            Other notable omissions:

            Dr Mabuse

            Harry Lime

            Rev. Harry Powell

            Judge Claude Frollo (a better villain than The Wicked Queen if you ask me)

            The Joker (Mark Hamill version. Yes, he counts, he has appeared in several animated movies)

            Hannibal Lecter

            Mrs Iselin

            Emperor Palpatine

            Grand Moff Tarkin

            Feathers McGraw (he deserves more recognition, one of the creepiest cartoon-villains I know)

            Hans Beckert (Granted, you could make a case for him not being responsible for his acts, he was still a creepy childkiller, though).

            Oh, and if this is a list of the most [u]evil[/u] villains than what is Satan in "South Park" doing on it? Wouldn't Saddam Hussein be a more deserving candidate?

              I think the Queen made it because she was technically the first Disney Villain. Frollo, and others like Scar, Shan-Yu, and Ratigan are better.

              I can't believe I overlooked the fact Hannibal wasn't on there. It seems kind of lacking now.

              I can understand The Emporer and Tarkin being excluded, since Darth Vader was all ready on the list. Actually, I think Palpitine should've been there instead of Darth.

              I have no idea about the Satan thing though. Seriously, he's more funny than evil in South Park.

                    totally agree with you man, i mean that list didn't even have freddy kruger or jason, it was pretty weak by my standards
