MattNash 6 years 4 months ago Posts: 4312 Account Disabled	I saw it yesterday (I'm a big sucker for monster movies). I liked it, it was fun, it was visually stimulating, the creature effects were awesome, it was imaginative, it was a very enjoyable movie. It wasn't perfect, however, the characters lacked depth (which in my opinion was the only major problem with the first Hellboy), but it was good. You can tell that Guillermo Del Toro had a great time making this movie.

I've heard this has'nt made alot of money at the box office in the US but yet its a good film.

The first one had that whole historical myth thing, which is something that made Hellboy such an interesting and unique comicbook. The second one just had a bunch of creatures taken from a D&D manual.
