Utterly horrifying, sick and sometimes well acted Spanish horror thriller about an ex-nazi pedophile who sexually assaulted, tortured and murdered kids. After realizing the horrible things he did, he tried to commit suicide but it leaves him paralyzed to the neck and in a medical lung which he calls his "Glass Cage". A young man becomes his nurse whom happens to be a former rape victim of his when he was raped as a boy as he wants revenge.
It's one of those soul rotting flicks that leaves an impression on you, it is disturbing as hell and sometimes difficult to watch. An example of one of the most vile scenes in the movie, a young 10 year boy is hung naked by his wrists in chains as the perverted cretin takes photos of him then he gets a large heavy plank of wood as he beats him many times especially to the skull to death.
This movie is up there with the likes of "Ilsa: She-Wolf of the SS", "Men Behind The Sun", "Salo", "Funny Games (199
", "Irreversible", "The Untold Story" and "Audition" as one of those kick-in-the-ball flicks where you need a shower when it's done, not for the faint of heart or squeaimsh.
