    where i used an apostrophe in the artuicle i'm working on, it generates this in the preivew



    anyone know why?

      Same thing with the accent mark over the "e", like this: é.

          That happened to me in my Living in the '90s article several months ago. I ended up having to rewrite the whole article without apostrophes and quotes. :lol:

            Did you copy and paste the text straight from MS Word or something similar? This could be the reason way.

              yes, that was it, because i needed a spell checker

              but i backspaced and replaced it with a newly typed ' so im still lost
