I wondered if anyone has or has seen Monster in My Pocket, Trash Bag Bunch, or Carzillas commercials. I personally never saw either MIMP or TBB advertised, but I had a lot of those toys, so I figure they must have been at some point.

Monster In My Pocket were little rubber figurines of various monsters. They were fun to collect, and unfortunately I threw all of mine away. There was a TV show, and the intro for that show is on this site, but I have never seen a commercial for the toys themselves.

Trash Bag Bunch were little plastic figures that came in bags which dissolved in water. Most of the fun in these toys was in the surprise, of finding out which one (or ones - sometimes a bag would have 2 instead of 1) - you got. There were a wide variety of them - 18 "good guys" and 18 "bad guys". The good guys were robots and cyborgs that fought against garbage, and the bad guys were various monsters that wanted to pollute the Earth. These were cool toys, and, like a lot of the toys that sat moldering in my basement for years after I was too old to play with them, my family threw them away. I was wondering if anyone had seen anything relating to these toys - ads, tv shows, movies - whatever.

Finally, there were Carzillas. I know for sure that there was an ad for them, and it was very loud and obnoxious, so it stayed with me. It had some singer going "Aiee aiee aiieeeeeee! Carzillas!". The cars themselves were motorized, and they had wheels that transformed into weapons. There were about a dozen of them - I think I had two. They also each came with a rubber figurine that rode on top, although those weren't very detailed and were only a single tone color. You can find pictures right away by googling "Carzillas". I wondered if anyone had that ad.
