          I don't think they wanted a shitty looking live-action version of it. They hoped it'd just stay a cartoon. Just like ya'll didn't want a shitty live-action version of Super Mario Brothers...or a Mortal Kombat sequel...

            Check out the forum on site for the movie though. The kids there are lovin' it. The only criticism I read was one guy who was pissed that Yamcha didn't have a scar. Apparently this movie is being made partly because people in the US petitioned it. Well done, guys. More proof that democracy just doesn't work :P

                		 i actually had a chance to watch an advanced screening of the movie, i want in thinking that it was gonna suck but it was fairly decent, hopefully if they do make a sequel which they probably will, they should try to stick with the original storyline
