Ok does any body remember thes things? They had like a catz and a dogz. They were for computers and you could adopt these little pets. And you had to take care of them every day or they would run away. I have catz 3 and catz 5! They also had it out for gameboy aswell.

I had Catz 3 and 4. It was fun, but it got boring after a short time. Plus you had to take care of ALL the cats in one day or some will run away. I cleary remember all these fan sites that popped out because of it. Then I stopped using it when my comp crashed from downloading one too many clothes for my cat.

I hated those. Every girl (and some boys, too) in my class had them. I got one myself and just began to feel bad, so i gave it away. Ever since, I hate those things. What's the point in taking care of something digital, anyway?

I know this all too well. I was actually into the underdog one called oddballz. It had odder creatures, distent personalities, and you coul blow them up. Unfortunately, it seem to failed to get notice in the public eye.

Sorry to revive an older thread, but I have two of the games installed on my PC... Catz II and Dogz 4... I've seen the Oddballz one at a local used game store, but never bothered to pick it up (doesn't appeal to us), but with Nintendogs out on the Nintendo DS and a Dogz game on the Gameboy Advance, I think now might be the time to keep an eye out for a new Petz game... don't you?

I had Dogz 3, but then I got a newer PC and it wouldn't run the game, so I sold it.. still regret it, it really was a nice, addictive game.. Here they don't sell it in stores anymore, but I do have order at a nearby retro gaming store, so if they find it I'll be the first to know!
