          Wishkah River.

          *ahem*

Nifty little list. What about Eric Clapton? He mentions him at the beginning of the blog but doesn't even place him?

I would have had Pink Floyd, Ray Davies or Pete Townshend on the list and would have had an entry for the Beatles together and solo rather than Paul McCartney but I think it was a not bad list. I really liked the Zappa entry on there. I was disappointed more by the user comments, most of them seemed to be from people that have grown up listening to nothing but mainstream radio or jam bands.

What about Robert Plant, Jagger and Freddie?. I would of thought they were on the list.

That list sucks balls big time. Paul McCartney?? What has he done of any merit in the last 25 years?? Come on. And Bob Dylan rates higher than David Bowie?? Garbage.

Like him or not Michael Jackson has been one of the most important song writers, performers, singers of the past 25 years DEFINITELY. Their excuses for excluding him are pathetic.

We should make our own list.
