I should answer my own question. On a sandwich I like mustard, though a little mayo with my mustard is also good. In potato salad has to be mustard.

One of the nastiest things I've ever seen that to this day makes me gag and dry-heave when I think about it is when I was in Mexico and I saw all the Mexicans take their hot dogs and dip them in a huge vat of communal Mayonnaise........
