    All this talk about Indian Jones got me to thinking.....what the HELL ever happened to Short Round? He and Indiana were best frikin friends, almost a father/son relationship in Temple of Doom, and that was it. He just dropped off the radar. Don't get me wrong, I didn't want to see him in the Last Crasade. I just thought it was odd how close they were, and then no mention of him ever again.

          		 According to canon, Indiana sent Short Round went to boarding school to get his education. Eventually, Short Round became an Archeologist just like his friend and mentor.

            		 I was starting to think that he and Indiana unearthed a time machine. Indiana, being the smarter of the two, sent in Short Round, who vanished, never to be heard form by Indiana again....Meanwhile, in 1980's Astoria, Oregon, a small young asian boy appears. He quickly creates a new persona for himself, calling himself "Data" and joining a small group of misfits who called themseves the "Goonies.".......But Rodshark75's theory sounds better.
