This is The Very First Video Game System To Ever Use Cartridges it was Called The FairChild Channel F Video Entertainment System. It was Released in August of 1976!

That reminds me of the Fountain which my dad used to have, the graphics and games were the same but the controllers were a bit better by the looks of it.
