That's kind of like apples and oranges, while it is essentially baked ham, it is pretty greasy, so I don't know the +/- as far as health is concerned. All I know is that it's nothing like bacon so I can't see what it has to do with the American version of breakfast bacon.
Im weird, I like my bacon dry and crispy, so I don't care if its moist. I always dab the bacon with a paper towel to get all the grease off, blech.
