My parents didn't care for me going there, but then when they noticed the innapropriate stuff in the store, they took me out. Spencer's has been around since 1947. The Spencer's at my mall still has the original logo. Please dissucuss some memories you had going there.

I always thought the sex-related products interesting but very, very silly. I loved the "gag" products they had and also they had jewelry that was always fun at that time period. I liked the darkness of the back of the store...gave you the feeling of ..oooohhh!...fiber optics, incense...

How true Used to get a lot of neat Star Trek, Star Wars stuff when I was a kid from Spencers...
