      		 I wonder how many people who hate country music, except Johnny Cash have actually listened to any Johnny Cash and how many just say that because it is considered cool to like him. Kenny Chesney sure does sell a lot of records, but yet no one listens to him.

        		 country is horrible..especially new country....all the voices sound the same...the only way you can tell the difference between all the country singers is the slight differences in their cowboy hats.....I'll listen to Johnny Cash once in a while (he's a freakin' classic)...but new country....ehhhhhhhhhhhh IT SUCKS!

          		 How do you tell the difference by there hats when most of the singers DONT WEAR HATS. No one that has said anything against country music has a valid argument against it. Your better off just saying you dont like it. nothing bad is going to happen if you just speak the plain truth. I dont like rap music, not because "every song is about killing somone" I dont like it because I dont care for the beats, or the music.

            		 I'd say that country music is as popular today as it ever was in huge swaths of the US.

            I think of it like any other type of music: the popular shit that the record labels force on us sucks. That holds true for every type of music, I think.
