    Cartoon express totally ruled. I don't think there was any of their other programming that I liked then though.
    Still, once they removed the cartoons they were left with nothing at all. It wasn't until pretty recently that they got back to having watchable (though not great) content, in the form of various law & order reruns. Even so, that got old though, now I don't really watch USA at all, unless I'm desperate.

        USA has Psych... Just about the only reason to watch that channel.

          I watch the USA Network for Raw and sometimes Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.

              I am a big Monk fan. So I used to watch it on USA quite often.

                I was born in 1988, but for some reason, I vaguely remember that USA still had a lot of the good Hanna-Barbera shows for their Cartoon Express lineup (Smurfs, Scooby Doo, Flintstones, Jetsons) in the early 1990's. There was also the Gonzo Games, and the early World League before it became NFL Europe.
