    		 This is pretty much the standard for thrash-metal.

    While their later-day stuff is a bit ho-hum, their first half dozen or so albums are an unshakable part of the thrash-metal canon.

    Also, their punk cover album, Undisputed Attitude, has some of the most kick-ass songs in history.

      		 I'm gonna have to agree with you on that one. We all know that the angel of death monitors the kingdom of the dead. He's an infamous butcher, that angel of death. I wanna hear Richard Cheese do a lounge cover of that song before I kick the bucket.

                  		 I only have the punk cover album and Reign in Blood. While I find thepunk album to be decent, RIB is a metal staple. To think an album that heavy came out in the early 80's, when synth pop was the norm blows my mind

                            		 Do you think they slowed too much? Do you think their last good album was South of Heaven? I do. Not that I hate them, I just think like most thrash bands - they've slowed. Anthrax, Metallica, Megadeth, Testament and Slayer. I love all these bands, but their earlier stuff.
