      		 Mr yuk isn't a cartoon but the commercial scared me. When I would hear it I would hide behind the couch.

        		 It didn't scare me, scare me ... but the opening to Count Duckula was creepy when I was little. I love that show!

          		 oh! i just HATED the Are You Afraid of the Dark theme. it scared the crap out of me.

            There hasn't been a single cartoon theme song that scared me.

                  ohhhh. i didn't see the cartoon part! i thought they just meant any theme song. Ok, well cartoon-wise, I think the themesong for Ahh! Real Monsters scared me a bit when i was around 4 or so.

                          		 Don't really think there were ever any cartoon themes. I agree with the Are You Afraid of the Dark though as well as Goosebumps.

                              		 Are You Afraid of the Dark scared me. So did Count Duckula when I was 4 Partly cuz of the theme song and partly cuz I wasn't allowed to watch it so I was afraid of getting caught.

                                  		 I loved the "Inspector Gadget" theme song! I thought it was almost as popular a theme song as Super Mario Bro.s was for Video Game songs.

                                          		 the closest thing I can come to to a cartoon ANYTHING that scared me when I was a kid was Howard the Duck. Animated, but not animated, close enough.
