Who loves to grill besides me? What is your favorite thing to grill? Got any tips or recipies you'd like to share?

Spring has sprung and I'm ready to get my grill on!

I have a killer Beer Brat recipe. If you're into that I'll type it out. But it's long, but I'll be happy to type it if you're interested. It's great for Super Bowl parties, or if you just like bratwurst.

OK pjb, this makes 9. Get some Bratwurst from the meat market. Don't get the pre-packaged kind. Also get a six pack of dark beer, whatever your favorite is. And chop up an onion. In a big pot put down three brats, sprinkle 1/3 of the onion around, and pour enough beer in to cover the brats. Then lay 3 more brats down, in the other direction, so they won't sink. Throw down another 1/3 of the onion, and pour enough beer to cover the brats. Then repeat for the last level. Put the whole pot in the fridge overnight so the beer and onion flavor can soak in to the brats, and the beer will soak into the onions as well.

The next day take the whole pot out and put it on the stove, and bring it to a boil. Watch out, the beer will flow over and set your kitchen on fire if you're not careful. Once it starts to boil turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Get some tongs and take the brats out of the pot, and use a drainer to drain all the beer out while keeping the onions. Then take the onions and saute them.

Then take the brats out to the grill, and make sure it's on the lowest setting. Put the brats on, rotating them regularly. When they start to spit take them off, they're done. Don't wait until they're totally split, just when they start to split.

Eat the brats the way they are, or throw them on a hot dog bun, throw some of those onions on, and some mustard. And if you're me, throw some sauerkraut on too.

Sounds scrumptious! I will be jotting this down. Thanks, NoCode!

I grilled sausage, hot dog weiners, chicken, steak and more.

Captain Howdy, a grilled rat sure sounds good right now.

                            Simple desert:

Quatered apple, cooked for about five mins.
or banana, slice length ways, and put choc buttons in it
