    Any opinions on this new cut of Superman 2? It improves over the original Richard Lester cut in every way and made the film intended like Richard Donner intended to.

      		 I don't know if I was expecting more out of the re-edit, but I think I prefer the original. I really did not care for the re-done ending.

        I thought this was a better special edition then "Star Wars: A New Hope Special Edition", afterall it was stupid of the executives to fire Richard Donner from the set of "Superman 2" and replaced him with some other director.

          		 I've seen the original Richard Lester cut, but I've yet to see the Richard Donner cut. It DOES look a lot better.
