During the summer, the grill pretty much doesn't get a chance to cool down though. I make a mean Baby Bastard... chicken and vegetables turned up to 11 on the spicy meter and wrapped in a tortilla wrap. I might have to buy some meatballs now. I don't have the slightest clue as to how one would go about making them.

It takes a lot of practice to know how much and what type of spice or flavor to add to produce a certain type of flavor. For instance, I love chinese food, but I'll be damned if I can make it. Na mean?

I took a pound of ground beef, a couple eggs, some italian bread crumbs, a little garlic, and a little onion and formed my own patties and cooked them for my family on an electric griddle one night.

Oh no, there aren't any secrets, I actually took it from a recipe I saw on T.V. and added some of my own personal touches, and things I learned from trial and error. I'll PM it to whoever wants it. It's not a recipe I have locked in a vault or anything. If you want I'll send it, it's just very long so I thought I would just PM it to those who were interested. Give me the word and I'll meatloaf ya.
