olives, rye bread, sauerkraut, corned beef, reuben sandwiches, mayonnaise. I'll eat anything else that the western world considers food.

              are you crazy???

man, I respect people's opinions and all, but I was raised on sauerkraut and corned beef. I'm third generation eastern european, and it has stuck. I bet you just haven't had it cooked correctly.

Its so funny that you named so many of the foods that I was fed day after day. Sauerkraut, corned beef, kielbasa, and rye bread with a bit of butter. We had that once or twice a week.

it might be because they Sweeten it with High Fructose Corn Syrup, I always get regular unsweetend apple sauce and it tastes pretty good without anything added too it some people are unaware that some brands have anything added to sweeten them at all because the package doesnt tell you that it is sweetend on the front.

I don't like tomatos either. I love tomato sauce but regular tomatos, meh. It's the texture that puts me off them. Also, in their pure form I find them pretty bland.

I have no problem with tomatoes. I like them on sandwiches, it makes them wetter and less dry to eat.

Same here. Ketchup, tomato sauce or pizza sauce it good but I can't get past the texture of the actual tomato.

I can eat a tomater like an apple. Sprinkle some salt and take a bite into that juicy flesh.

Sounds like sandwhiches aren't the only thing that tomatos get wet.

I will not eat Corn or Rice. I will not eat most types of Pasta's except the kind that are the non starchy one's because those are generally the best tasting and they don't give you that bloat feeling that the starchy ones do. I will not eat any kind of bread mostly because of Gluten and such. I will not eat any kind of Pre-Made stuff like Biscuits, Cinnamon Roles Cookies that come rapped in those tube like containers and they are designed so that you can just put them on a cookie sheet and pop them in the oven, I mean seriously if you read the ingredients on some of them you will find that those ready to bake biscuits contain Beef Fat and lots of Preservatives that is just really Gross, Home Made Biscuits are Healthier and they taste much much better then those open it up and just pop it in the oven type of things. I will not eat potatoes in any form including potato chips. I will not eat anything that is very High in Sodium or Cholesterol.

Wow... I suppose the question now is what do you eat?

I will eat: Meats: Chicken, Turkey, sometimes Steak. Vegetables: Brocoli, Spinach, Lettuce, Carrots, Peas, Fruit: Fuji Apples, they are Good! Naval Oranges, Plums, Fresh Pineapple, Never canned or when it's been sitting out. Stawberries, Grapes and a few others. thats basicly lunch and Dinner Foods.

for Breakfast Scrambled Eggs, Home Made Pan Cakes or Waffles, Sometimes Oatmeal with lots of Cinnamon, That makes it taste Really Good! Sometimes Breakfast Sausage. or sometimes I will have a bowl of Cereal such as Honey Nut Cheerios.

I have heard that too much of it can be not such a good thing and I figure that it is just best to stay off of the stuff all together, and I also believe that Starchy Foods can make a persons body Stiff when they get older.

You must be uber healthy! Yeah, I heard that gluten can cause/aggravate Autism in kids and sometimes when they just take out gluten from the kid's diet, they no longer have Autism.

Dietary changes can correct a lot of medical problems but usually the changes in the diet need to be so strict to work that people have trouble sticking to the diet.

When my daughter was younger we tried the Ketogenic diet to treat her epilepsy but it eventually became too expensive and strict to follow.I was also concerned about the effects of forcing such high amounts of fat into a child but a lot of kids at her Neurologist had very good luck with the diet though and most were able to control their seizures with dietary changes alone. That is amazing considering these kids were having 10-20 seizures a day.

Sorry to get so far off topic.
