sikkbones 6 years 8 months ago Posts: 1263 Globally Banned	Would anybody like to see Mr. Freeze in a future Batman movie, and do you think Patrick Stewart would be a good casting choice? Stewart was considered for the role in Batman and Robin but sadly Schwarzenegger was cast. Would his age be a factor for anyone? He is pushing 70. Or would his role as Professor X in the X-Men franchise affect how you view him in a Batman film?

What's ironic about Batman & Robin is that Joel said he wouldn't do it unless he could get Arnold in the movie, and since it was a Batman movie Arnold just couldn't say no. To think that if he hadn't been given the part we'd just have Batman Forever and not that horrific 4th movie, but then we wouldn't have Batman Begins or The Dark Knight either.

Whether or not Batman & Robin existed probably isn't too impactful on whether the newer movies would have been made. In fact, without the farce of B&R, we might've had these newer movies much sooner.

He is kindof old though but it can be overloocked if the character is written well. depends on what incarnation as well. first apperance as mr. zero would fit picard well. or the 80's superpowers version... i think arnolds costume was based on him as well. is it just me or does that look like a lex luthor mold head covered by plastic?

fistoflegend 6 years 8 months ago Posts: 948	I'd like to see stewart,but I think he'd ruin the films tobe honest. I remember him asking if they could tone down the violence in the films or something. I don't think he would fit in to the darker directions of the films now.
