                    By your own definition of a child as 4-10, a person born in 93 is evenly split, with three years in the 90s and three years in the 00s.

                        No, they are not. 4-10 includes age 10. So they spent four years in the 2000s, nearly five if they were born in December.

                          Would someone born during the first half of 1993 be a 90's Kid? My cousin was born the first week of February and he remembers things from 1996 - 1999 very well.
