    Pootie tang.

Its a great movie that not so many people know about. Has anyone seen it? I found it hillarious.

I remember seeing it. I don't remember a whole lot about it though.

I have an HBO taping of it. I liked it, but the only thing is that there wasn't alot of familiar actors. Other than Chris Rock.

I thought Undercover Brother was WAY better.

The Pootie Tang character was created originally for The Chris Rock Show on HBO (I think). It's a rather ridculous film, but a nice way to kill 90 minutes. I've seen it a bunch of times on HBO and/or Cinemax, just not for a couple of years.

It has it's funny parts, but I think you're wrong about not many people knowing about it. It comes on Comedy Central quite a bit, and I've seen it on HBO, Cinemax, and I don't know where else. Also I've heard it referenced in several movies, Scary Movie 3 being the most memorable. It's not mainstream, but I wouldn't call it obscure by any means.
